Bio
Marissa is a M.S. Candidate in the Department of Child and Family Development. She is a San Diego native and a graduate of UC San Diego. Her current research examines the relationship between family poverty and high school graduation rates in low-income neighborhood schools. In her free time, she is a fiber artist, an enthusiastic home cook, and a perpetual provider of treats to her three pets.
