The Application Process

Electronic UGP application submission software called InfoReady is used for the process.

Applications are submitted yearly in August electronically by the applicant via the software to the Division of Research Affairs who will process the applications then forward to each of the respective college for review, ranking and rating.  

Once the colleges have reviewed, ranked and rated the applications they are then forwarded to Division of Research Affairs who prepares all applications for University Grants and Lectureships Committee for final ranking and award determination.

To create an account in the InfoReady system click the link below and use the Register button in the top right hand corner of the page.  After receiving confirmation that your account has been created via email, log in to InfoReady and choose University Grants Program from the table, and then Apply on the right hand legend.
